As with the other Nerja day tours, Steve and Sheila will collect from your holiday accommodation at times you choose and drive you to Malaga. The journey from Nerja takes about an hour. As usual the day is yours to organise as you wish, so you might want to explore Malaga's excellent shopping centre! We agree a time and place to collect guests for the drive back or to the airport. Guests on our sightseeing holidays are always very pleasantly surprised if they choose to visit Malaga.

Malaga makes avery interesting day tour from Nerja or possibly Torre del Mar. It has a fascinating sixteenth century Cathedral which is famous for its one steeple. The narrow old streets and squares around the Cathedral are pedestrianised and very attractive. A short walk will take you to the Alcazaba, a fifteenth century Moorish fort which has been beautifully restored. It is quite a steep walk within the fort to the top of the hill on which the fort is built, but the views when you get there are stupendous. Just a few minutes away from the fort is a first century Roman theatre Some five minutes walk from the the Cathedral and well worth visiting is the Alcazaba, a 15th Century Moorish fort. Guests are always surprised and delighted by Malaga.
