Situated just 10 kms inland from the Costa del Sol, is a region of Andalucia known as Axarquia, given this name by the Moors who lived here for six hundred years. The mountains climb to over 7000 ft and the views are fabulous, but we are also only a half hour drive to the Mediterranean and an hour and a half to the marvellous city of Granada and the stunning Alhambra palace.
Our unique holiday includes transfer from Malaga airport, a selection of days out to places of your choice such as Nerja on the coast, Competa, Granada, Cordoba or Ronda, walks and or tours in the National Park and days when you just want to relax.
